Alta Badia offers numerous toboggan runs where you can enjoy an adventurous day with your family or friends. Sledging is possible at:

Alpine plateau Pralongià/Cherz - Sentiero del cacciatore (hunter's path) - Parkhotel Planac
Starting from the Punta Trieste and/or Cherz Huts the path leads through meadows and forests all the way to Parkhotel Planac just outside Corvara. The beautiful path is also groomed for hiking and is not particularly difficult.
The starting point can be reached after a comfortable hike of 1.5 hours leaving from Parkhotel Planac or with the Pralongià chairlift (leaves from the same place).

Length – approx. 2 km
Difference in altitude – 300 m
Duration of ascent (by foot) - approx. 1.5 hours

"Trù Liösa Foram" Piz Sorega - S. Cassiano
You reach the alpine plateau with the cable cars at the valley station of Piz Sorega. From here the toboggan run leads through meadows and forests all the way to S. Cassiano and is surrounded by imposing Dolomite peaks.
Sledges can be rented at Ski Peppi at the Piz Sorega cable car station in San Cassiano - Tel. 0471 840097.

Difference in altitude – 466 m

Spëscia - Armentara - La Crusc
From Spëscia/ La Val path no. 15 leads to the meadows of Armentara at the bottom of the Sasso S. Croce Massif and on to the S. Croce Sanctuary (duration of ascent approx. 2.5 hours). The toboggan run leads through beautiful meadows and forests. If you do not want to hike up to the starting point you can take the chairlift from Pedraces to S. Croce.

Duration of ascent (by foot) - approx. 2.5 hours

Börz - Fornela
3 km of fun - sledge rental at Utia de Börz Hut at Passo delle Erbe.
